If you would rather keep things simple, explore our discounted bundles packed with our most popular games, a great value option designed to make planning easy, while guaranteeing plenty of entertainment for your guests.

Choose your products
Choose individual games and products you would like to hire or choose one of our popular bundles.

Contact us
Send us a message using the contact form below, or email: oakandashhire@gmail.com. Include the items you would like to hire, your venue and event date.

Planning
We will check our availability and discuss delivery fee and timings (minimum spend for delivery is £200 excluding delivery fee). We require a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure your date with the remainder paid up to 4 weeks before your event.

Your Event
We will deliver and set up the games either the day before or morning of, making sure everything is perfect for your event. We will then collect the games either in the late evening or next day. The products are yours for a full weekend/three days if your venue allows safe storage.

Delivery and collection
We offer delivery and collection for orders over £200, excluding delivery fee. Smaller hires can be collected from us and returned afterwards. We offer free delivery up to 10 miles from our base in Burgh by Sands, Carlisle.

10-25 miles: £15
25-40 miles £25
40-60 miles: £40
